I have spent twelve years living between artisan communities and global buyers, learning both languages, building trust, and shaping systems that let tradition meet market demand fairly and reliably.
My story
My work began with a love for Indian crafts and the people who create them. I spent years in artisan clusters, learning not only about their skill but also about the challenges that kept them from reaching wider markets. Their resilience and their artistry inspired me, but I also saw how much potential was being lost.
At the same time, I worked closely with global buyers who wanted to source responsibly from India. They valued sustainability and authenticity but often faced barriers such as identifying the right partners, managing quality, navigating logistics, and bridging cultural differences.
This became my turning point. I realised that I could bridge these two worlds. For artisans and NGOs, I could help them become market-ready. For buyers, I could create supply chains that were transparent, reliable, and future-focused. Over time, this became my path and my purpose.
Today, I see India as not only a centre of heritage but also as a sourcing destination for sustainable, ethical, and long-term supply systems. My role is to keep building this harmony, one partnership at a time.
